We appreciate that clients are concerned about the costs of legal services. We will always try to keep the legal and third-party costs associated with your transaction to a minimum.
Your Conveyancer will call you to discuss consent of any Additional Fees if they do arise. The vast majority of Additional Fees will not be relevant to your transaction.
In the event additional work is undertaken which does not fall into the Additional Fees categories, conveyancing charges will be calculated at a rate of £150.00 per hour (the "hourly rate") plus a 10% proportion thereof in respect of each telephone call and letter made or received.
