Convey Law Win LFS Best Direct Conveyancing Firm and Best Overall Conveyancer
Convey Law won two awards last week at the prestigious LFS Conveyancing Awards 2014.
Convey Law were awarded the top honour for any national Conveyancing provider – Best Direct Conveyancing Firm of the Year!
This category had extremely strong competition from the very best nationwide Conveyancing practices. The application process involved an in depth analysis of the Convey Law sales and marketing practices and processes, including mystery shopping calls to assess their ability and professionalism. The Convey Law internal compliance, risk and training policies and procedures were also scrutinised. The judges commented:
“The winning firm excelled in its recruitment and training, which has been very necessary over recent years. It also has strong leadership, which has clearly lead to excellent scores in both compliance and the mystery shop. A worthy winner.”
The second award was Bronze in the Overall Conveyancer of the Year Award. Lloyd Davies, Managing Director of Convey Law stated:
