From the client within 5 working days.

Contracts Issued

Sent to purchaser’s Conveyancers with your pre completed property forms.

Enquiries Raised by Purchaser’s Conveyancer

Issues raised – problems with boundaries / planning / neighbours. Enquiries can be raised any time between contracts issued and exchange of contracts.

Exchange of Contracts

Once all parties are ready to proceed. A completion date is fixed at exchange of contracts.

Completion

Completion monies received. Mortgages are repaid. Estate Agents paid.

Keys released by the Estate Agent, the buyers move in.

Balancing funds are sent to the client within 48 hours of completion.
