Convey Law Celebrates Successful Completion of Mental Health First Aider Training
Convey Law, a leading conveyancing practice renowned for its dedication to client service and fostering a supportive work environment, is delighted to announce the recent completion of Mental Health First Aider training by a group of its employees.
In response to the industry’s need to actively address mental health, as expressed in the findings of the Conveyancing Foundation’s March 2023 Wellbeing in the Workplace Survey, Convey Law is pleased to ensure the availability of Mental Health First Aiders within its workplace. This proactive measure aligns with the company’s commitment to creating a caring and inclusive work environment where the mental well-being of its team members remains a top priority.
Jess Smith, Operations Director at Convey Law stated: “Just as physical first-aiders address physical injuries, Mental Health First Aiders hold an important role in identifying early signs of mental health challenges and providing support.
“We are immensely proud of our team members who have completed their Mental Health First Aider training. By equipping our staff with the tools to support each other’s mental health, we are taking a significant step towards a healthier and more connected work environment.”
Convey Law’s commitment to mental health support extends beyond the training itself. The company emphasises ongoing learning through refresher courses and continually seeks ways to enhance its wellbeing initiatives, including a complimentary onsite councillor, flexible working hours, bonus schemes, hybrid work options, wellbeing training, and much more.
