Convey Law shortlisted for coveted ESTAS Customer Service Awards
We are delighted to have been shortlisted again for the coveted ESTAS Client Service Awards 2024. In 2023 Convey Law won the Silver National Award, the Welsh Award – for the fourth consecutive year – and a coveted Grand Prix award.
Our clients dictate our success by providing customer service reviews at the end of their transactions, which are all submitted to the ESTAS review platform. By naming individual Conveyancers in our client service review, our Conveyancers are entered into a special ESTAS personal service category and our exceptional Conveyancers Abbie Price and Alex Harris were commended for their client service by their clients at the 2023 ESTAS awards.
Client service reviews are vital for us to recognize great service and to improve our service when necessary. All clients have the opportunity to win our monthly £100, quarterly £250 and annual ESTAS £1000 prize draw, by taking a few minutes to leave a client service review for their Conveyancer.
The ESTAS Awards take place on 18th October and are presented by the UK’s favorite property expert Phil Spencer in front of 1,200 of the UK’s top property professionals.
