“Zoe, Kelly & Nina have worked tirelessly over the past few months implementing the new Post system into their department to save time for all the conveyancers on their post each day. Whilst change can be challenging, the team have rose to the occasion providing clear feedback, demonstrated their willingness to learn new processes and continue to identify efficiencies to further improve the system and ultimately ensure the conveyancers have their post as early as possible each day. Zoe, Kelly & Nina are always willing to help those around them and many times can be the unsung heroes around the office, from welcoming visitors, arranging lunch for happy days and dealing with urgent post requests and managing all our files.
