How long do Transactions take to complete?

This depends on how quickly you complete our onboarding requirements. These timelines start from you completing our onboarding requirements.

Freehold

Freehold Sale and Purchase transactions take approximately 16 weeks. In many cases, straightforward cases can be completed in as little as 12 weeks.

Leasehold

Leasehold Sale and Purchase transactions take approximately 20 weeks and is heavily dependent on the complexity of the case. Our goal for every client is to reach completion as soon as possible.

Remortgage

Remortgage transactions we will aim to complete within two weeks of receipt of your offer of mortgage.
