“Millie continues to go from strength to strength in her role. She has managed to organise the cashiers and their department ensuring that they are always up to date on workloads and continuously improving. Millie goes that extra mile to get the conveyancer KPI reports out in good time each week and month whilst also being the driving force behind the 4pm Friday finishes, checking that all completions are set up fully in advance so that cashiers can process them efficiently. This award is so well placed, Millie deserves to be recognised for her massive contribution to the success of the department.”
