Convey Law is celebrating a significant milestone as five trainees from its Conveyancing Pathway programme graduate and progress to managing their own caseloads, reinforcing the specialist conveyancing legal practice’s long-standing commitment to training the next generation of Conveyancers to Best Practice standards.
With a strong history of developing legal talent, Convey Law has built a reputation for investing in structured, high-quality training. The Conveyancing Pathway continues this legacy, combining academic study with practical, hands-on experience to prepare trainees for the realities of modern conveyancing practice.
The programme delivers a blended learning approach over a 12–24-month pathway, where participants study the full conveyancing process while applying their knowledge in real transactions, ensuring learning is both comprehensive and immediately applicable.
Supported by an excellent, modular online training system and coached by experienced mentors, trainees gain confidence, technical expertise, and professional insight from the outset. There is also a focus on wellbeing and promoting a positive, “Happy Conveyancer” mindset within today’s demanding conveyancing environment.
Managing Director Janine Wellington said: “At Convey Law, we are incredibly proud of our long history of training Conveyancers and creating meaningful career opportunities. Our Pathway is designed to nurture talent, build confidence, and ensure our trainees are fully equipped to deliver exceptional client service as they progress, whilst gaining the commercial acumen required to survive and thrive in today’s conveyancing market.”
The graduation of five trainees highlights the programme’s success, as each Pathway Conveyancer steps into a more independent conveyancing role within Convey Law. Their achievement reflects both personal dedication and Convey Law’s ongoing commitment to investing in its people.
Convey Law are moving forward with further cohort of eight trainees, all aiming to achieve similar success later this year.
