Timelines
Welcome Pack sent to the client.
From the client within 5 working days.
Contracts and supporting title documents are received from the Seller’s Conveyancers.
A detailed report on the title is sent to the client and legal enquiries are sent to the Seller’s Conveyancer.
Conveyancing searches are important documents that can take time to process.
Conveyancer receives a hard copy offer of Mortgage, which is usually 3 to 5 days after the client receives theirs. Funds are now available for the transaction to proceed. Mortgage Report sent to client.
Search Report sent to Client.
Once all enquiries are satisfied, Mortgage offer is received and all costs are known, the deposit monies and balancing funds are requested from the client.
Once all parties are ready to proceed. A Completion date is fixed at exchange of contracts.
Mortgage monies received. Monies sent to the Seller’s Conveyancer. Keys released by the Estate Agent. The buyers move in.
Property is registered in the client’s name at the Land Registry.

Welcome Pack sent to the client.
