“The Client Service Award’ for July is to be awarded to Alana. Alana has settled into her Cover Conveyancer role with ease, dedication and has helped us out of some tricky situations by providing extensive support to our team and excellent service to our clients. This was particularly evident in July where Alana went above and beyond to assist in managing, exchanging, and completing on several transactions. She turned a number of complaint clients into raving fans. Well done Alana – Amazing work”

“During July there was unexpected leave and holidays in Post Room but Wonder Woman Nina kept the room running! She came in early each morning and even worked in the evenings to make sure everyone in the company had their post on time, She also made sure all food was on time for happy days, so no one went hungry! There was never a complaint or a moan, she just got on with it and SMASHED IT!!”
“There were staff shortages and Nina was the mail room (with the assistance of Chelsea) doing her best to ensure every task was undertaken and did so with a smile still. The department still ran smoothly and she assisted everyone with every request she could, ensuring post still got on as early as possible and completed other admin tasks as required. Nina you are a legend! Thank you!”
