Taking up the reigns as Managing Director and following in the footsteps of founder and MD for 20 years, Lloyd Davies, represents its own set of expectations and challenges. We asked Janine what the future holds for her and her team at Convey Law in 2025.

“My home buying experience with JORDAN HARTLEY was a complete pleasure from the very first interaction until the very last. “I chose Convey Law after receiving a very reasonable quote for conveyancing via Money Supermarket. This was for a first time property purchased and I therefore had no idea what to expect other than that this was likely to be a long, frustrating and expensive process. I have however been incredibly surprised from start to finish and an writing this review sat in our new home that exchanged and completed without hitch.
We were assigned Mr H Ahmed as our conveyancer and would absolutely request to work with Mr Ahmed again should we ever need to move. We were always able to schedule calls with Mr Ahmed as required to run through our many questions and everything always seemed ahead of schedule or in hand. The online portal is fantastic but often took a few days or longer to update with the real time situation.
Mr Ahmed was very conscious of the costs involved in our transaction and we were incredibly grateful of this due to being first time buyers taking a huge leap, fees were kept to an absolute minimum. Mr Ahmed went over and above our expectations to keep our property transaction moving over the Christmas period too.
