A Cracking Success – Convey Day Brings Teams Together for Easter Fun and Reflection
On Friday 11th April, the Convey Law team came together for the first Convey Day of 2025 – an event dedicated to reflection, collaboration, learning, and celebration.
Held with a seasonal Easter twist, the day provided a valuable opportunity for colleagues across the business – both in-office and remote – to connect, recharge, and look ahead to the exciting months to come.
Reflecting on Q1 and Setting the Pace for the Year Ahead
The day began with a company-wide Mission Statement Meeting, during which teams reflected on our achievements in Q1 and reviewed the goals set for the remainder of the year. It was a moment to align our vision, celebrate the progress already made, and reinforce the shared values that underpin everything we do at Convey Law.
Training, Teamwork, and Togetherness
Following the morning session, team members took part in a series of departmental training workshops, designed to develop key skills, enhance communication, and build stronger working relationships. The sessions also served as a vital opportunity to connect with our remote colleagues, ensuring everyone felt part of the same supportive and forward-thinking environment – no matter where they were joining from.
Easter Cheer and Celebrating in Style
With a busy day of collaboration complete, it was time to unwind in true Convey style. The team gathered for pre-drinks at the office, before heading over to the Pen & Wig in Newport to celebrate the end of the SDLT holiday and enjoy an evening of food, drinks, and a few light-hearted games.
Adding a sweet touch to the day, every team member was gifted a personalised Easter egg – either hand-delivered or posted to remote staff – as a small token of appreciation for the continued hard work and dedication shown by all.
