Best Companies is an organisation that measures how happy and engaged people are at work. Their awards are based entirely on honest feedback from staff – and earning a Two Star Accreditation means we’ve reached an outstanding level of employee engagement. We were also just a few points away from achieving “World Class” status!
At Convey Law, 87% of our team completed the survey, showing how much our people care about building a great place to work. Each response also made a difference beyond the workplace – we donated to the Mindstep Foundation for every survey completed, raising £1,160 to support mental health research and suicide prevention.
