Title Document Investigation

Obtained from HMLR and investigation performed by Conveyancer, this will allow us to ensure that your mortgage provider is able to proceed or if we need to refer any items to them.

Mortgage Offer Received

Lawyer gets a hard copy offer of Mortgage which is usually 3 to 5 days after the client gets theirs. Funds are now available for the transaction to proceed. Mortgage Report sent to client.

Mortgage Deeds Signed

Mortgage Deed sent to client for signature

Mortgage Funds Requested

Mortgage funds and up to date redemption statements are requested.

Completion

Mortgage monies are received. New Mortgage completed. Existing mortgage(s) are repaid.

Registration of Mortgage

The new Mortgage is registered against the property at the Land Registry.
