We are absolutely delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted for not one, not two but THREE awards at the prestigious LEAP Modern Law Conveyancing Awards 2025.
The categories we have been shortlisted for are:
1. Mental Health and Wellbeing
Wellbeing is at the heart of our culture and values. A happy, supported and balanced team is our mission to ensure that we inspire our team to bring their best selves to work each day and are provided the support to thrive both at work and at home. Through open communication, flexible working and dedicated mental health and wellbeing benefits, we have continue to strive to deliver culture of belonging, fun and support where everyone feels valued and part of our tribe.
Alongside our culture and values, our Mental Health First Aiders, wellbeing workshops, access to Mental Health professionals and resilience training provide our colleagues with the tools and support needed to thrive. We continue to refine and enhance our benefits and support to suit to our team and their needs.
2. Best Use of Technology
In partnership with Convey365, we have developed our innovative IT platform designed by Conveyancers for Conveyancers; revolutionising the conveyancing process. The Convey365 systems have allowed us to reduce our transaction times to less than 12 weeks, deliver an exceptional service focused on communication and real time updates to our clients, alongside implementing the highest levels of security and cyber fraud protection.
The Convey365 Client Portal and Case Management System (CMS) ensure our clients experience and outstanding conveyancing journey but also provide industry leading AI tools to support our talented conveyancing teams whilst ensuring compliance is at the forefront of our processes and operations.
3. Giving It Back
We are empowered by giving back and helping others – giving is good for the soul!
Through our work as Charity Partners and Founders of the Conveyancing Foundation, we have helped raise over £1.2 million for charity through initiatives such as the Charity Lotto.
The Conveyancing Foundation is a not for profit registered charity, on a mission to improve the lives of those in the property industry. All of the Foundation’s Ambassadors, Trustees and support teams are all volunteers and dedicate their time to advocating for charitable fundraising, mental health and wellbeing and best practice within the conveyancing profession.
All of our clients are offered to enter the monthly Charity lotto for the chance to win £500! Clients take part by making a £10 donation as part of their conveyancing transaction, with £9 + Gift Aid being donated to our chosen monthly charity and £1 entering them into the monthly prize draw! Each year Convey Law has been able to raise over £70,000 for charity through this incredible initiative and we regularly lead in our own fundraising each month with bake sales, charity walks, raffles, sky dives and epic challenges!

A year of Success
Earlier this year, we were awarded a Two Star Outstanding Accreditation from Best Companies, recognising Convey Law as one of the UK’s top workplaces in 2025. Best Companies measures how happy and engaged people are at work, based entirely on employee feedback. Achieving Two Star status reflects an exceptional level of engagement, with our score just a few points away from reaching World Class.
We were also shortlisted once again for both the Regional and National ESTAS Awards, recognising the dedication and service consistently delivered by our team. The shortlist includes individual nominations for Abbie Price and Lauren Forbes in the prestigious ESTAS People Awards. Being nominated for these awards is a rare and special achievement, and we are pleased to see their hard work recognised at a national level.
